WEDNESDAY 30 NOVEMBER 1966   In what is one of Celtic’s best performances in their glory season of 1966/67, they sweep aside French champions Nantes in a magnificent second-half display of attacking football to beat them 3-1 in the first leg of the second round of the European Cup in Nantes. SATURDAY 29 NOVEMBER 1941   Incredibly, for the second week in a row Celtic draw 4-4. This time the game is against Albion Rovers at Cliftonhill. SATURDAY 28 NOVEMBER 1896   Dramatic events at Parkhead as three Celtic players go on strike and refuse to play unless some journalists are removed from the Press Box. Peter Meehan, Barney Battles and John Divers are the culprits.
